Today marks the 30th birthday of one of the greatest, well, "greatest," pop stars of our generation: Britney Spears. The fact that we are even still talking about BritBrit 13 years after she released "Hit Me Baby One More Time" is astounding in its own right. The fact that she managed to survive her 20s in a downright miracle.

In the early 2000s, Spears was still a media darling. Dating Justin Timberlake when he still had a bleached mini-fro, releasing single after single, starring in the perfectly horrific Crossroads; the world was her oyster and she its "virginal" pearl. But after her split with JT, things started to go quickly downhill for Britney. Let's countdown some of her best, well, "best," moments, shall we?
